SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Women and minorities have historically been under represented in the aviation industry. In 2021, 5.3% were women, 3.9% Black or African American, 1.5% Asian, and 6.1% Hispanic/Latino were aircraft pilot or flight engineers. Among aircract mechanics, 6.9% were women, 23.3% are Hispanic/Latino, 9.7% Black or African American and 6.6% Asian.
