Airframe & Powerplant Technician
with Inspection Authority
Jon is the Director of Maintenance and native of York County. He began his career in aircraft maintenance in the U.S. Air Force where he was trained as an aircraft maintenance technician working on C-130 and H-53 aircraft. After the Air Force, Jon acquired his A&P license while working as a Line Service Technician at Clark Aviation. He obtained his Inspection Authorization (IA) in 1995 and a private pilot certificate in 2010.
Fred Parow, A&P
Airframe & Powerplant Technician
Fred has been with Cargill Aeronautical as a flight instructor since its inception. In addition to flight training, he provides overflow capacity to the service center in times of high volume.
Emmitt Hopkins
Airframe & Powerplant Apprentice
Emmitt is a native to York city. He is in his first year apprenticing for his AMP. He has a background in welding, mechanics and computer refurbishing.
Borja Arenzana, A&P
Airframe & Powerplant Technician
Borja is currently a student at Penn State Harrisburg for Mechanical Engineering. He has been working on airplanes as early as middle school. As a hobby Borja flies quarter scale RC airplanes, and occasionally flies with his father."
Bradley Krahn, A&P
Airframe & Powerplant Technician
Brad started with Cargill in 2018 working Part-Time while pursuing his private pilot license. He later received his instrument rating and commercial pilot license. In 2018, Brad was promoted to Office Manager. While working as Officer Manage, Brad enrolled in our A&P Apprentice Program. He received his license in December 2021. In June 2022, Brad took an A&P position with Piedmont Airline at Harrisburg International Airport. He is currently pursuing his Certified Instructor License while helping out in at the Service Center.
